A calm living room in morning light: a low linen sofa, an oak coffee table with a sage ceramic vase, a woven rug and a floor lamp.

Lamps and pendants

Light, softly.

Pendants over the table, a floor lamp by the sofa, a small lamp on the sill. Layers of light for the long evenings.

Shop lighting
A round table lamp with a ribbed glass shade and a tall floor lamp with a white shade, against a warm plaster wall.
A still life of ceramic vases, a candle, stoneware bowls and a linen cushion in warm light.

Vases, candles, textiles

Small details, big difference.

The finishing layer: a vase on the sideboard, a throw over the arm of a chair, candlelight at the table. Small things that make a room feel lived in.

Materials that matter

Nature in every detail.

Good furniture starts with good materials. Look closely and you will see the grain, the weave and the glaze that give each piece its character.

About our materials
Close-up of oiled oak grain.

Oak

Pale, close-grained and hard-wearing. It mellows to honey with light and time.

Close-up of walnut grain.

Walnut

Deep, warm and richly figured; every board carries its own pattern.

Close-up of a natural linen weave.

Linen

Cool to the touch and softer with every wash. Its slubs are part of its character.

Close-up of a woven wool texture.

Wool

Naturally resilient and warm underfoot, with a quiet, matte texture.

Close-up of travertine stone.

Stone

Travertine’s pores and veins are records of water, left unfilled or filled by hand.

Close-up of a glazed ceramic surface.

Ceramic

Glazes pool and break over the edges, so no two pieces are quite alike.

The Living Edit

The art of slow living.

A chair by the window. A wool throw within reach. A cup on cool stone. Slow living is not about owning less, but about choosing pieces that make room for the moments in between.
