Delivery
Delivery options and their costs for your address are shown at checkout. Smaller pieces travel by parcel service; larger furniture is delivered by a two-person team to the room of your choice where access allows.
Each product page shows its usual lead time. Made-to-order pieces take longer; we will confirm a delivery date with you before dispatch.
Returns
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Made-to-order and personalised pieces cannot be returned unless faulty.
