The Scoop Wall started with one wall, forty-eight clear bins and a very old set of brass scales.
We think the best part of a sweet shop is choosing: hovering over the bins, a scoop of this, a handful of that, then watching the scales tip. So everything we sell is sold by weight, and every build-your-own bag is scooped and weighed by hand on the day it ships.
We keep a few bins for vegan and sugar-free sweets, list every ingredient and allergen on the product page, and rotate in new flavours whenever something exciting turns up.
