How do I find the right size?
Products that come in sizes have a "Find the Right Fit" link next to the options. It shows how to measure and the product's own measurements. Measure your pet rather than going by breed alone.
How do I order something again?
Sign in and open My account → Orders. Completed orders have an "Order again" button that puts the same items back in your bag.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and we'll do our best to help before it ships.
