Our first recipe and still the one people queue for: soft salted caramel in milk chocolate.
Allergens: Contains milk. Made in a kitchen that also handles almonds, hazelnuts, pecans and pistachios.
We cook the caramel a shade darker than feels safe, loosen it with salted butter and cream, then wrap it in 45% milk chocolate. Half are dusted in cocoa, half get a caramel stripe. Nine truffles per box.
